IT Support Employee | Customer Service Consultant [m|f|d]

Soloplan is an International company which prides itself to be the market leader in Transport Management systems. We are looking for a driven individual who will strengthen our International service team. After an extensive introduction phase, you will strengthen our international service team during the implementation and customer training of our software CarLo®.

Your responsibilities

  • You are willing to travel, as you will install and configure our software product at the customer's location)
  • You are willing to communicate, as you will carry out training and consulting individually with our users
  • You are experienced in analysing and implementing the IT process requirements

Your profile

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or logistics or comparable vocational training
  • Some initial work experience in software consulting is desirable
  • Good IT and/or logistics skills
  • Good German and English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Quick thinking and good communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
