HR Administrator [m|w|d] Recruiting

You will be an employee [m|w|d] and part of our international HR team. In close cooperation with the regional director in South Africa and our HR department in Germany, you will recruit new employees for our various locations of our international company.

Your tasks

  • Active recruiting of employees and approaching applicants e.g. in various social networks
  • Conducting telephone interviews as well as the overall contact with applicants
  • Taking over personnel administrative activities, e.g. onboarding of new employees
  • Participation in career fairs as well as cooperation with universities and colleges

Your profile

  • Completed studies with focus on human resources or first professional experience in the field of HR / personnel management with focus on recruitment
  • Extensive knowledge of MS-Office
  • Very good English/Afrikaans language skills, both written and spoken
  • German language skills are an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable, independent and organized way of working
