Branch Manager Sales [m|f|d] South Africa

As Branch Manager with a focus on sales, you will take over the organisational management of our branch office in Johannesburg, ZA and the coordination with our headquarters in Kempten, Germany.

Your tasks

  • Taking over operative and commercial activities for the location in South Africa
  • Developing and implementing of sales actions for the ZA market
  • Coordinating the sales team as well as supporting the Area Sales Managers, also in the operational area
  • Coordinating various staff topics with our central HR department in Kempten
  • Supervising, supporting and providing management oversight to staff

Your profile

  • Successfully completed business studies or comparable qualifications
  • Good commercial knowledge
  • German skills would be desirable
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Talent for organisation
  • Ability to communicate and assert yourself
  • Valid driver’s licence and the right to live and work in South Africa

Work Environment

You will join a medium size but growing team at our Johannesburg Branch office. In addition you will be in daily contact with, and supported by, your colleagues at our head office in Kempten, Bavaria and several international branch offices from Poland, Spain and Germany.

Kindly note, due to the nature of our operations, all our positions are office based.
