IT Support Employee | Second-level Supporter [m|f|d]

Soloplan is an International company which prides itself to be the market leader in Transport Management systems. We are looking for a driven individual who will strengthen our International service team. After an extensive introduction phase, you will strengthen our international service team as second level support for our software CarLo®.

Your responsibilities

  • You are the first support contact for our customers and users by phone or by e-mail
  • You record the technical customer requests with the help of a modern ticket system, document, analyse and develop solutions
  • If necessary, you forward unanswered requests to our third-level support employees

Your profile

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or logistics or comparable vocational training
  • Some initial work experience in IT support | IT service desk is desirable
  • Good IT and/or logistics skills
  • Good German and English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Quick thinking and good communication skills
