Customer Solution Manager [m|f|d]

Your responsibilities

  • Competent and friendly customer support for our transport management software application CarLo┬« via the phone and by e-mail
  • Identification and analysis of technical problems and malfunctions as well as finding solutions
  • Documentation of customer requests and solutions in our ticket system

  • If you are interested in field service activities, you will also take on the following tasks, which will be compensated by an additional performance bonus:

  • Installation and configuration of our software products remotely or on-site
  • Execution of individual training sessions and consulting with our users
  • Analysis and implementation of the Software process requirements

Your profile

  • Some initial work experience in software consulting is desirable
  • First professional experience in the field of IT support/IT service desk desirable
  • Good IT and/or logistics skills
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English is required
  • Quick thinking and good communication skills

    Work Environment

    You will join a medium size but growing team at our Johannesburg Branch office. In addition you will be in daily contact with, and supported by, your colleagues at our head office in Kempten, Bavaria and several international branch offices from the UK, Poland, Spain and Germany.
